We always strive to provide durable and valuable assistance and to have an open dialogue throughout the process, so that no doubts or surprises arise.

Our standing point is that justice delayed is justice denied. Therefore, we will only take on your case if we assess that we can handle it within a reasonable time, which in our view usually means within the same week.

Fee

Fees for our assistance are calculated as a starting point based on the time used and a pre-specified hourly rate. You can always be informed of the current time consumption.

Security deposit

We generally collect a deposit from new clients at the start of the case as security for any outlays and fees.

Cost reimbursement

Pursuant to the Tax Administration Act, the tax authorities provide reimbursement of the legal costs of conducting tax appeals and tax court proceedings. As a starting point, at least 50% of the legal costs are reimbursed.

Terms of payment

The payment terms are net 10 days, after which interest is added on the invoice amount according to the Interest Act.

Confidentiality

We are subject to confidentiality regarding the cases we handle and the clients we represent. Information received will be treated confidentially in all respects.

As managing partner, I enter wholeheartedly into all matters. As a person, I am action-oriented and think outside the box. I strive to contribute positively and sensibly - and for this reason I do not handle all types of cases. My message is clear: Law is law and law must be followed. Both by citizens and authorities. But I also believe that there must be room for conduit, we must not forget in the end it's about human beings.

I spend my free time with my son, as I am the proud father of a three-year-old boy. In addition, I am occasionally active in the media, where I use the pen as my tool when I shed light on current community issues, by contributing informative remarks from my legal background.
