Make contact

Begin a confidential conversation.

New mandates are accepted by introduction or by direct enquiry. The first step is to identify the right division, the relevant licensed entity and the information needed to assess whether Moore Law can assist.

Initial conversations are conducted in confidence and without obligation. Please do not send passports, bank records, tax assessments, transaction documents or other sensitive materials until Moore Law has opened a client file and confirmed the appropriate communication channel.

First message

What to include in your first enquiry.

A short, structured first message is usually enough. We do not need the full document set at the enquiry stage.

  • Your full name and preferred contact method.
  • Your current country of residence.
  • Your nationality or nationalities, where relevant.
  • The service area or decision you need help with.
  • The jurisdictions involved.
  • Any authority, counterparty, developer, bank, court or agent already involved.
  • Any deadline.
  • Whether you prefer communication by email, WhatsApp or call.
Before you send documents

Please do not send sensitive documents until Moore Law has confirmed the appropriate engagement route. Initial emails and WhatsApp messages should describe the matter, not transmit passports, bank statements, tax assessments, contracts, title documents or source-of-funds records.

How we respond

What happens after you contact us.

Moore Law first identifies whether the matter fits the firm, which licensed entity should handle it and whether an initial consultation is appropriate. Where the matter is suitable, the next step is usually a short call or a written scoping exchange. Substantive work begins only after an engagement letter has been agreed.

1

Initial review

We review the enquiry, the relevant jurisdiction and the apparent service area.

2

Fit and routing

The matter is routed to the appropriate Moore Law division: Danish Legal & Tax, UAE Corporate Services or UAE Real Estate.

3

Engagement

If Moore Law can assist, the scope, fees, assumptions and next steps are set out before substantive work begins.
